The Hostal Familia Peralta Peiso, formerly called Hostal El Galeón, is on Calle Real, the main artery of the town. A nice house, big, clean, quiet and well cared for. The terrace on the roof is striking, from which you can enjoy beautiful views over the sea, the beach and the mountains.

On the ground floor, the hostel has a restaurant where you can enjoy Cuban dishes, especially fish and seafood (lobster and shrimp). Breakfasts are good and generous (continental breakfast). You can rent bicycles and the hosts will help you coordinate excursions, taxis, visits to the Tope de Collantes Park (very beautiful) and the Valle de los Ingenios (declared a World Heritage Site). The host himself will guide you on excursions to Topes de Collantes and El Cubano Natural Park, with a stopover at the family's ranch for an authentic Creole lunch.
